MTS BOYS 'B' team vs Bury Grammar School - James Booth reports...


We started well I kicked off and passed it to William and he passed a great ball to Ellis and unfortunately he was tackled by their right back who passed it to the middle of the pitch who kicked it into the roof of the net 1-0 to Bury.
We kicked off and I managed to get through the first centre back and passed to Sam who was tackled and gave the ball away and Max who made a goal stopping tackle. We conceded a throw-in they took it and placed shot from outside the area and Eddy saved it. Mr O blew for half time. At the break it was 1-0 to Bury.

Bury kicked off and ran down the right wing and Marcus and William tackled the right winger and got it to Ellis. He was tackled and lost the ball. James O came on for Ellis and we took the corner and they made a quick counter attacks down the pitch and put it in the back of the net with a long range shot. 2-0 to Bury.
We started looking for a goal with 2 minutes left and Bury took a shot and Eddy saved it. Mr O blew for full time.
Well done to all the boys that played.
