2020vision Merchants Connected ArchivesRachael Hargreaves - Learning Support

I attended St Oswald's Primary School & Broughton Hall High School Technology College. After my A-Levels I joined JMU to do a degree in Design Technology Key Stage 2/3. I realised during my first year that the course was not the right one for me, so I decided to leave and gain some experience, with the plan of returning after a year!.....
I joined Runnymede St Edwards School, where I spent 4 ½ years working throughout the juniors as a Teaching Assistant.
In January 2009 I started my job here at Merchant Taylors. I work with all classes providing Learning Support and other general assistance for the staff. I run the Help Club for the boys during lunchtimes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays & also work after school in our late room.
Out of school, I enjoy running & pilates (no comment Mr Wardle - this is what we call exercise!!) (Now would I?? You know me too well...you should see all the pork pies that she eats!! - PW) and spending time with my family and friends.
I am about to start a new and very exciting challenge of returning to University to do a part time degree in September. I am looking forward to being a ‘student' again (Student discount??? I'll just have to do double the amount of shopping!) so that should keep me busy and out of trouble for a while...(some chance!! - PW)
