World Book Day
This year WBD was held on Thursday 5th March. During the week every class was
involved in a poetry competition and during Thursday's assembly the winners from each year group recited their poems. Everyone dressed up as their favourite literary character.
Even the staff joined in, dressing up as characters from Harry Potter.
During the day junior children read to the infants and shared stories and poems.
From Wednesday to Friday we held a very successful book fair selling books provided by The Travelling Book Company.
