Blue Planet Aquarium
Year 2 visit the Blue Planet Aquarium in May to support the work they are doing in art. The children study the work of Paul Klee.
Children learn about the importance of water. They discover water is used far many everyday things. They can recognise differences between themselves and water dwellers.

Clown fish
They look at plastic sea creatures and explore ways in which they have adapted to their watery environment. Children have the opportunity to move like aquatic animals in the fantastic "Rockpool Races" finale.
One of the highlights of the visit is watching the divers in the sharks pool!
