Buddy bench

The Buddy Bench

The school council were concerned about children who had nobody to play with at break and lunchtime. They decided that we should have a buddy bench in the playground. This is so if a child finds themselves with nobody to play with they can go and sit on the buddy bench and wait for a friend to come and play with them. Our bench is blue and there is a brightly coloured board fixed to the wall behind it which was designed and painted by the year 6 girls and Mrs Nagy.
