2020vision Merchants Connected ArchivesPhotography club
Photography club is run by Mrs B Richardson Art Co-ordinator. At present it is open to year 3. It runs on a Thursday lunchtime in the ICT Suite.
The girls are taught how to handle the digital cameras and are shown how to play back their images. Following their recent topic on Repeating Patterns we concentrated on taking photographs of repeating images so that we could edit them in later weeks. The girls enjoyed roaming around the school taking photographs.
With help the girls were able to edit their photographs using a graphics package. They were able to apply effects to their images and save them out in their own area on the network.
When the girls are more confident they will take each others photograph and edit their own to produce a portrait using interesting and lively effects.
