Reception

Reception have being doing all about themselves this term. They looked at how they are the same and how they different, the children talked about eye and hair colour and produced lots of examples of work. They looked at eye colour and created bar charts to show how many children in their class had blue, brown and green eyes. They painted some beautiful pictures of themselves and also showed their creative sides when they used art resources to 'make their faces'.

The children also started their ICT lessons and continued their work on 'ourselves' when they showed how expertly they could use the mouse to click and drag the facial features to produce a picture of themselves.
