Year 5 enjoy a trip to Spaceport
Year 5 visit Space port to support their work on the Solar System. They get the opportunity to enter the Space Dome which covers the Solar System planets in a dramatic and exciting way with the latest digital dome technology.
The Space Dome provides fascinating information about space and will enable them to explore our universe from the Solar System to the outer edges of the cosmos.
The girls are able to learn about space flight: satellites, probes and manned space flight. They also learn about our solar system, comets and asteroids, stars and galaxies, and the wider universe.
