Year 1 enjoyed a visit to the Way We Were museum at Wigan Pier this is an interactive exhibition showing life in Wigan in the year 1900. The displays are brought to life through performances by the Wigan Pier Theatre Company. It is a rich learning environment and all the information provided is drawn from material evidence, ensuring activities are accurate and informative as well as fun.
