Boat Club Report

MTBS Head of Rowing, Mr Chandler, took 23 pupils from the Girls' and Boys' Schools to the Trafford Head in Manchester on Saturday 8th November.

It was a highly successful day with six wins spread across the Boys' and Girls' Squads and all age groups and even the weather was being kind; it being a nice and warm sunny day.

The winning crews were:

Women's Junior 15 Quad: Georgie Andersen, Harry Andersen, Emma Sergeant, Georgina Lyon, Alex Bartlett

Men's Novice Quad: Aaron Howard, Henry Gibson, Luke Ryan, Richard Beattie, Alex Cain

Men's Senior 4 Quad: Douglas Andersen, Chris Mulliner, Josh Pinedo, Phillip Beattie,

Men's Novice Double Scull: Jack Stoddard, Josh Pinedo

Men's Junior 18 Single Scull: Phillip Beattie (second fastest single scull overall)

Men's Junior 16 Single Scull: George Hutchinson
