Doreen Retires
After 21 years of continuous and dedicated service our Lollypop Lady, Doreen Baines, is retiring.
Over the years she has guided thousands of boys across Liverpool Road before and after School, come sunshine, frost, rain or snow. Her cheery smile and happy waves are going to be missed - by teachers driving into School as much as pupils going home.

At Assembly before Half Term on Friday 19th October, Head Boy Andy Cunningham presented Doreen with a bouquet of flowers and a card, as small tribute to her long and dedicated service. There was prolonged and affectionate applause from the whole School to wish her a long and happy retirement.
