2020vision Merchants Connected ArchivesLiverpool Physics Olympics 2011
At the start of the October break, Mr Miller accompanied four Sixth Form students to the Liverpool Physics Olympics 2011 at The University of Liverpool. The day consisted of many physics-related competitions against 30 teams from the North West. Despite a good attempt at all of the competitions, and obtaining an exceptional rocket launch distance, our boys finished in 7th place. All involved found the day enjoyable and stated that it provided a valuable insight into Physics at University.
