Inevitably, no Sixth Form prospectus can cover every aspect of Sixth Form life and we look forward to seeing prospective students and their parents at the two evenings during Year 11 when Sixth Form choices are considered.
In our society today, increasingly dependent on qualification to secure the best jobs after university, students and their parents want to be reassured that their future is in safe hands. Merchant Taylors’ consistently produces the best A level results on Merseyside and some of the strongest results in the North West. We have a wealth of experience at the top end of preparing for Oxbridge entrance and for reading law and medicine, and the vast majority of our Sixth Form leavers go on to secure places at Russell Group universities (regarded as the top 20 universities in Britain).
Merchant Taylors’ is able to recruit and retain highly qualified staff to ensure that all specialist subjects receive professional and top quality teaching.
