Sale Sharks Rugby Development Camp – February 2025

Join us this February Half Term for an exciting Sale Sharks Rugby Development Camp at Merchant Taylors’ School!

Dates: Monday 17 February and Tuesday 18 February 2025
Age Groups: Under 7s to Under 12s
Time: 9:00am – 3:30pm

Hosted by the award-winning Sale Sharks Community team, these camps offer young players the chance to develop their skills with RFU qualified coaches who bring extensive experience from both community and academy rugby. The Sale Sharks coaches ensure a perfect blend of insight and intensity, all within a fun and engaging environment.

Each day is packed with a variety of rugby skills, activities, and games designed around the Sale Sharks coaching philosophy: “A player-centred approach to coaching, focused on core skill development and delivered through Sharks DNA adaptive games.”

The Sale Sharks’ rugby development camps will have a focus on:

Core Skill Development: Running, Evasion, Handling, Kicking & Tackling
Principles of Play: Contest Possession, Go Forward, Support, Continuity, Pressure, Score
Games for Understanding: Constraint Led Coaching Approach
