Our award-winning catering team provides more than 1,300 meals per day across our school sites and their aim is to produce not just a meal on a plate, but to engage with young, impressionable people and develop a positive and healthy relationship when it comes to food.

We offer a diverse choice of delicious food, which is prepared from scratch on site each and every day. Whilst focusing on healthy eating and encouraging children to make good food choices, we do also have some ‘treat’ options such as ‘Fish & Chips Friday’ and theme days throughout the years.

At Merchant Taylors’ we pride ourselves on catering for those who have special dietary requirements or food allergies, providing a range of options to suit all. Students can see which options are suitable for them via the key on the menu, which highlights vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free amongst others.
