Social Media Kindness Day

On Wednesday, pupils and staff took part in Social Media Kindness Day, which was set up to commemorate TV personality Caroline Flack, who sadly passed away in 2020.

Social media is increasingly playing a large part in our daily lives and every time we use it, we leave an imprint – Social Media Kindness Day asks each of us to play our part in making social media a kinder place for all.

Pupils shared encouraging and positive messages with one another and discovered the value of their imprint in the digital world.

We also recently ran an inter-house competition to design the school’s own Inclusivity badge in recognition of diversity and equality. Congratulations to Lara and Abigail who were the overall badge design winners and have had their design made into the school’s pin badge. Thank you to Zahra, Julie & Molly who all help run the school’s PRISM club and assisted with the running of the competition.
